It is probably easiest for us both if you can email your requirements along with your location and a contact telephone number. We will usually respond the next working day and let you know when we can do the work and advise on how much time you need to book.

Normal office hours are 9 am to 6pm Monday to Friday, outside those hours, please leave us a message and we will call you back.
We book appointments in half day slots starting at 10 am or 2 pm , but you only pay for actual time used (minimum of 1 hour). We prefer to over estimate time required to ensure the job can be completed in its allocated slot. If it is a small job we may
agree a later start time for your convenience.
We aim to reach our appointments on time, but we can sometimes experience unavoidable delays due to weather or traffic conditions. If we are likely to be later than 15 minutes to an appointment, we will telephone you to advise on our revised arrival time.
If you are a new customer, we will usually telephone on the day to confirm the appointment, so please ensure you provide a number you can be contacted on.
When booking please advise if your road has pay and display parking bays so we remember to bring coins. Meter charges will be added to your bill.
In controlled parking zones, please ensure you have sufficient visitor permits to cover the time you have booked.
If it is unlikely that we can legally park close to your home, please advise us as we may be able to suggest an alternative service.
We do not park in public car parks.
